Koyama`s sky

In fact, Koyama G cannot be called a national group.
There are no facilities in Shikoku and Kyushu.
It’s not available in Osaka or Nagoya either.
Banks and consultants often ask me why, but they have no intention of doing so.
By chance, we didn’t have any luck.
To be honest, there were no people from Shikoku or Kyushu who came to the hospital in Ginza, where it originated, to invite us.
This is because we received consultations and invitations from local governments, landowners, construction companies, and design offices from other regions.
When I was young, I was invited to go on field research trips all over the country.
Twenty years ago, I also went on research trips to Hawaii, Thailand, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
In Hawaii, we considered creating group homes and day services exclusively for Japanese Americans.
In Thailand, I was invited by JICA to teach day care services.
In the Philippines, we became a joint venture with a local nursing home.
For the past 10 years, I have been giving lectures and consulting on opening nursing homes in China.
He flew wherever he was invited.
As a result, some of them built their own facilities.
There is no town where I have tried to expand my business.
This is because there were people who guided us and the government.
Even if they conquer the whole country, they have no desire to expand into a national group.
Local young people will take care of the local elderly, and as a local corporation, we will provide taxes to the local community.
That’s why there are so many corporations.
The reason why the names of the corporations are different is because each region consulted and decided on the name in order to ensure that it existed as a corporation in that region.
The facility name was chosen by the local manager.
I was thinking of it as a regional revitalization activity rather than my own business.
Therefore, when we first started expanding into rural areas, we started with towns that lacked the capacity to provide health care facilities for the elderly.
Of course, this was at the request of the local community.
Ginza’s emergency hospital will not be expanded to rural areas.
The establishment of the corporation itself was an independent one, and was established mainly by local government and corporation employees.
The reason why Tohoku had such a large number of cases was because, even back then, there were few private corporations that opened nursing care facilities for the elderly.
In the east, there are many municipal establishments and few private establishments.
In the West, on the other hand, there are more private corporations than public corporations.
Still, due to requests from the west, Koyama G’s corporate facilities are in place.
Today we will fly to Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, the westernmost part of Koyama.
This is to attend an award ceremony for long service.
It will be a day to reunite with old friends.
No matter where Koyama G employees work, it is the town where Koyama is located.
There are Koyama friends all over the country.
Today, I will look up at the Matsue sky with my friends.
Koyama skies can be found anywhere in the country.
