Koyama G is a co-op
Koyama G consists of over 30 corporations and 300 facilities.
Most of them are corporations and facilities that I have established.
However, it spreads all over the country, and the facility system is diverse.
All local cultures are different.
Therefore, it is not listed or a large corporation.
It is a group of small and medium enterprises.
It is not a corporation for the purpose of expanding business scale or maximizing profits.
The individuality and independence of the facility here is strong.
I was proud of that, and I thought that Koyama G was close to the facility cooperative.
However, over the past 40 years, I have developed a hospital for my parents, a nursing home for myself, and a nursery school and facilities for my children and grandchildren.
Beyond that, what is Koyama G aiming for?
A stable life for young staff.
Specifically, we will provide a life where you can have a stable family while being a medical welfare professional.
We are currently looking into improving welfare benefits.
Specifically, medical services and housing.
You can receive online medical treatment nationwide from Koyama G’s medical institutions.
Build company housing where you can raise children.
It is not just company housing for couples raising children.
Company housing exclusively for mothers and children.
Company housing for Vietnamese.
Company housing for Indonesians only.
Due to the corona crisis, management itself is not easy, but at business planning meetings, I make strong recommendations.
From medical care to nursing care and life.
for staff and their families.
The scope of business will expand.
Koyama may be aiming for a co-op.
