Museum Hike

I have no interest in sports at all.

Anyway, I’m not good at moving my body.

However, I actually enjoy walking.

But, the places are not golf courses or mountains.

I like walking in places like museums, libraries, cinemas, and their surrounding paths.

In areas with many museums, such as Ginza, Tokyo Station, Yaesu, Ueno, Roppongi, and Shinjuku, I spend a whole day touring the nearby museums.

There is also a little-known corporate museum in Ginza.

It’s not flashy, it’s small, but it’s free and quiet.

It’s something only a large corporation can do.

Koyama Group also now exhibits LEGO paintings and movie posters on the first floor of the headquarters building.

I would like the revenue from medical welfare to be used for regional culture.

Especially in Ginza.

Now, about my daily life.

This winter, on weekends, I stayed at home and, lying in bed, became hooked on U-NEXT and Netflix.

I’m fully aware that I haven’t been getting enough exercise.

Sometimes, late at night, I do squats, but it’s only a token effort.

On this last day of the long weekend, I think I’ll go on a museum tour for the first time in a while.

Although, I’m still in bed.

Just now, there was another earthquake in Noto.

There’s never a time to relax.

Blood sugar 168. I’ve put away the sweets.
