Development and employment

The controversial Technical Intern Training Program has now been renamed the “Development Employment" system.
I think it’s a good term.
This applies not only to foreign staff but to all employees of Koyama Group.
Raising salaries means improving productivity and quality.
Salaries cannot be raised automatically based only on age.
In order to raise salaries, the organization must grow, and overall sales and productivity must increase, or there won’t be more positions to raise salaries.
In a job-based organization, salaries and positions depend on performance, not age.
Medical and caregiving organizations tend to be vertical and rigid due to qualifications and licenses.
There is also a large gap between managerial and on-site staff.
Moreover, there is low personnel mobility and interchange within the organization.
I want technical intern trainees to continue working at Koyama Group even after acquiring their caregiving qualifications.
In addition, trainees living in dormitories have a good environment for studying, and they desire to continue learning.
I want technical intern trainees to go on to university through distance education.
Moreover, I want them to pursue graduate school and, upon returning to their home countries, become university lecturers.
And I would like to create an international Asian medical and caregiving association with Koyama Group alumni.
I don’t think it’s just a dream.
I will make it a reality during my lifetime.
The same goes for university academic societies that will hold “campus-in-campus" programs.
My life expectancy seems to increase every year.

Blood sugar 189. I will cook rice and have a bowl of salmon roe bought at the Hokkaido products store in Yurakucho.
I’ll also add salmon roe to cold tofu.
