Obon summer festival(Obon is an annual Buddhist event for commemorating one’s ancestors, whose spirits are believed to temporarily return to this world in order to visit.)

About 25 years ago, except for the 15th of Obon in August, I was traveling around the country for summer festivals at facilities.
I deliberately staggered the summer event schedule so that I could participate.
was young. Was funny.
Beer probably accounted for half of my water intake that month.
As expected, I spent three days in September at a hospital in Ginza, sitting at my desk stamping paperwork while receiving an intravenous drip.
August is a hot summer.
I was able to learn about festivals and facility events around the country.
Hospitals and facilities are staffed 24 hours a day, without Obon or New Year holidays.
I felt that Obon, which I had never felt in Tokyo, was a sacred day in rural areas.
I used to spend Obon and New Year holidays at the movie theater.
In the past, indentured workers and live-in workplaces were only allowed to take time off during the Obon Festival and New Year holidays, and young people had the image of going to the cinema.
But that may have been the pre-war image.
I wonder if there is still a scene where all relatives gather at their parents’ house in their hometown for Obon.
I’m going to Hawaii for a week.
I’m going to Paris for a week.
It’s not that I don’t have acquaintances like this, but I don’t have the energy or physical strength to leave the house.
Internet surfing is a habit that I started recently, but it certainly makes me feel like I can get all the information in the world just by doing this.
Every night, I enjoyed meeting various people at drinking parties, study sessions, and meetings.
In meetings, I also make it a point to talk with as many facility staff as possible via Zoom.
Also, I realized that this is a very important thing for both Koyama G and myself in the future.
How important is a flat organization for creating an organization centered on on-site facilities?
When social welfare corporations grow, they tend to become like court politics.
The executive becomes like the chief chamberlain, no longer supporting the field, and becomes an infallible aristocrat himself.
Mergers and Dispersions.
Anyway, I want to regain a vibrant and responsible organization.
I want to make the aging of myself and the executives an opportunity to appoint new young executives.
How should old soldiers leave?
No, as a user, I think it is my final mission to be a good customer with understanding and gratitude.
If so, don’t become a user who engages in customer harassment.
Because I know from seeing the hardships in the field.
perhaps.
