Start of work

The fortune of the year of the snake is supposed to be good for finances.

Even when I trace back my memories from 12 years ago, nothing particularly comes to mind.

I should be paying attention to the zodiac tie every year, but I didn’t have a tie with a snake design.

This year, I bought one for the first time.

I guess I hesitated to wear a snake tie until now.

A horse-patterned tie is common and looks good with a pin badge.

But a snake design is tricky.

The one I chose has a snake forming the kanji “mi" (巳), which is clever by the designer.

Those who greet me for New Year’s should take a look at my neck.

Even though it is the year of the snake, Koyama’s financial situation remains unchanged.

The management policy is still focused on strengthening new employee recruitment and training, constructing a staff dormitory as a training center, and the development of Thunderbird.

I will continue on this path.

In a headwind society like Japan, it is all the more important to stabilize and develop social welfare services, which form the foundation of life.

Regarding my approach to work, I will participate more in staff club activities and events.

On a personal note, I’ve started a carb-free diet and am aiming to perfectly control my blood sugar.

It’s just a resolution, so don’t expect too much.

It’s sad to say goodbye to rice, bread, and noodles.

I don’t think I’ll be able to maintain it in the long term, but for now, I’ll focus on short-term results.

I will try my own medical experiment.

I’ll stick to a menu mainly consisting of root vegetable soup, steak, ham, eggs, and tofu.

I drink so much black tea.

I wonder how long this will last.

I’ve never kept a New Year’s resolution in my life, but at least I’ll try to stick to it until the Lunar New Year.

Blood sugar 128. Chocolate is a divine mercy.
